Help us get Wisteria the specialist surgery she needs to be comfortable again.
Wisteria joined us after what we can only guess is many years of neglect.
Wisteria is a five-year-old British Shorthair who came into our care after being surrendered to a regional pound in heartbreaking condition. She is suffering from severe ear polyps in both ears which are painful, abnormal growths that, if left untreated, can lead to chronic infection, hearing loss, and ongoing pain.
Her vet team has recommended an urgent CT scan to assess the full extent of the damage. Depending on the results, Wisteria may need one or two complex surgeries known as Total Ear Canal Ablation (TECA) to relieve her pain and restore her quality of life.
We are fundraising to cover her veterinary costs, estimated between $5,000 and $7,000. All donations will go directly toward her diagnostics and treatment.
